Bone & Chopped Meat for Soup
This product is made from small pieces of fresh Taiwanese chicken that are occasionally produced during the cutting process (such as irregular or very small cuts).
It mainly contains bones and meat, and does not include inedible parts such as chicken heads, tails, feet, or internal organs (chicken skin is included).
It is an ideal base ingredient for making rich soup stock or porridge broth.
Please rinse thoroughly before use to remove any small bone fragments and avoid accidental ingestion.
本產品是我們使用新鮮的台灣肉雞於切割時偶爾產生的小碎肉(切割失誤太小塊或不規則等)。 裡面大多為骨頭與肉，不含不可食用的部分，例如雞頭、雞屁股、雞腳、內臟等(但含有雞皮)。 是非常適合拿來熬高湯或熬製粥品湯底的基底材料。
使用前請仔細清洗以去除碎小骨頭造成食用不慎。
